Halifax Helps – Helping the communities we serve

Halifax Helps was established in 2008 to provide financial assistance to areas served by Halifax EMC by funding projects that meet one of the following five criteria: education, economic development, energy efficiency, environment, or emergency response. Funds for the Halifax Helps grants are voluntarily generated through Operation RoundUp by “rounding up” members’ electric bills to the nearest dollar.

• American Red Cross
• Rocky Swamp Meeting House
• Macon Rural FD
• The John 3:16 Center
• American Legion Post #325
• Enfield Economic Development & Revitalization
• Mu Theta Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho
