Volunteers In Action Award Scholarship

Alivia Brinkley received the Volunteers in Action Educational Opportunity Scholarship.

The Volunteers in Action selected Alivia Brinkley of Hollister as this year’s
recipient of the Educational Opportunity Scholarship.

Alivia is the daughter of Pernell and Sandy Brinkley. She recently graduated from Halifax County Early College.

Alivia was accepted to nine different colleges and chose to attend East Carolina University. She plans to study business administration.
